Mud House Sauvignon Blanc (2009)
Wine Making
Each vine was closely monitored to ensure that harvesting took place at optimum maturity and ripeness. The grapes were transported quickly to avoid skin contact with the juice. Once pressed; the wine was cool fermented in steel vats using cultured yeast to add complexity to the blend and retain elements of fresh fruit flavours.
