Wine Making
This Sauvignon Blanc is a blend of several different vineyards from the area. Grapes were destemmed and crushed before temperature controlled fermentation in stainless steel.
Tasting Note
A lovely Pale straw yellow with green hues., with a Fresh, crisp aromas of passionfruit and citrus. Crushed herb is also evident. Well balanced and very juicy with a great intensity.- Country
