Domaine Faiveley Chablis 2008 (2008)
Wine Making
Fermentation in 100% enameled steel tanks for 10 days; the wine is matured on its fine lees for 10 to 12 months, enabling it to acquire suppleness and more complex aromas.
Tasting Note
A pale yellow colour. The elegant nose expresses fruity aromas of grapefruit, lemon and pears. The entry is frank and bold, with an array of mineral and citrus flavors continuing on the palate. The finish is long and balanced. This flavourful, dry Chablis is already a pleasure to drink but shows good aging potential 4 to 6 years.- Country
